Sri Lanka is a small Island. Average weather range between 15ºC in the hills to 30ºC in the coastal area. Coastal area weather range between 25ºC to 30ºC. As you travel into the hills this can range between 14ºC to 22ºC. There has been rare occasion temperature dropping to single figures. North and North-east records the highest temperatures in the island.
